In this respect, it should be said that the organization has developed strategies which can help decrease the rate of compliances and, therefore, the organization can use its funds more effectively. For instance, the organization has introduced special training programs, which taught employees to develop effective plans of their work with customers to keep them satisfied. As a result, the implementation of these programs led to the improvement of the organization’s public relations and it was possible to minimize the level of compliances. Consequently, such strategic development will affect directly the organization’s compliance planning that means that through planning it is possible to influence the organizational performance.
Thus, it is obvious that strategic planning is an important managerial function, which plays a very significant role in the functioning of organizations because it can increase the effectiveness of their performance and increase customer satisfaction.
